Class Members of the Truvia class action settlement include U.S. residents who purchased any Truvia products in the United States for household use or personal consumption from July 1, 2008 through July 24, 2014. Cash refund of up to $45 or vouchers valued at $90, depending on how many Class Members submit timely and valid Claim Forms. Each voucher can be redeemed for Truvia products.
