Over Charged for Beef Class Action Settlement

There is a Beef Class Action Settlement! This is an antitrust class action lawsuit that claims several beef processors—including JBS, Cargill, National Beef, and Tyson Foods—conspired to limit the supply of beef and increase prices in the market.

If you purchased beef products between 8/1/2014 and 12/31/2019 to feed yourself, family, or friends, you may be entitled to a cash back payment from settlements

Who is included in the settlement?
Anyone who purchased beef (fresh or frozen) made from chuck, loin, rib, or round primal cuts in the following states: Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. If you are approved and included in the settlement case, you will receive an equal share cash payment proportional to the amount of beef you purchased during that time. Claim forms must be submitted by June 30, 2026.
