i was so excited for when i turned 50 (ugh) so i could join to get all the discounts they offered but that was right when obamacare was being shoved down our throats and i found out that AARP was endorsing it when it was clearly NOT going to help seniors. my mom cut up her card and sent it back to them after being a member for years! they got so many people doing that and not renewing that the money they were to make off obamacare did not look so good anymore. so about 6 months to a year ago they started seeing along with the rest of us, that now that they passed it we indeed found out what was in it ! and it is not good for just about anyone! so now they don’t support it anymore and they do have some really good benefits so i just signed up for it – had i had to pay the premium i would not have bothered but free is great so i will have to see if it is worth paying for it next year. thanks for bringing us another great offer!

I’m in the “www.hunt4freebies.com” website to try to get the free 1-yr aarp membership that I linked to from a search I did on google. Two things: I clicked on the link for the aarp membership in the “freebies” website and it brought me to an insurance company with no clear-cut link to this freebie. Secondly, how can you post comments from 2011 when the posting says it was done March 3, 2012?!!

Hi Antoinette
It was the insurance company that was sponsoring this freebie, but these offers usually don’t last very long. If this becomes available again we will post this again.
