Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize Package consists of two (2) trips as outlined below.

a. A trip for four (4) to winner’s choice of the SeaWorld® Park in Orlando, FL; San Diego, CA; or San Antonio, TX. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport near the winner’s selected SeaWorld® Park; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); and admission for four (4) to the selected SeaWorld® Park for two (2) consecutive days. Winner must complete the trip by September 7, 2015, or prize will be forfeited.

b. A trip for four (4) to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy or two (2) rooms, double occupancy; determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) Tickets in Macy’s Grandstands to view the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on November 27, 2014, and a Macy’s VIP gift basket (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must travel on November 26, 2014 and return on November 28, 2014 or prize will be forfeited.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,446. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
