I got a message saying that I was ineligible to participate in the sweepstakes! I live in Arkansas, smoker, and have been a member with Marlboro for many years. This is the first time I’ve ever been ineligible for one of their contests! I’m totally confused!

Same here, I’m in WV. I sent them an email asking why I was not eligible for the sweepstakes. They sent back an email saying it was a technical issue and I am not eligible, but not why. I have noticed my adult children also get info about sweepstakes that I don’t always receive.
I just got a text message from Marlboro telling me to enter the contest and then I get the same message that you are !
