I’m an existing HauteLook member, I didn’t get anything in my email though. Is it only for existing members?

I received the email today on ONE of my two accounts. I called in and asked about it. They said that the coupons were sent out to select members. I asked who the select members were and they said that they were members that haven’t made a purchase in a long time. This doesnt make any sense since I purchased something very recently.
If you call 888-547-8438 they wont be able to give you the coupon, but they might offer free shipping on the next order…
