Is the link down? It says “Thank you for your patience as we upgrade our systems.” and even after I set up the account and then tried the link, it still said the same thing. Plus, no points were reflected after I logged in.

They are giving you the bonus points because they are upgrading their system. Put in user id and pin and submit. It should say “Thank you for your patience…..” same thing but your info is not in the spots. It takes 24 hrs to update these points in your HH account. Hope this helps.
