Ending soon! There is a Nestle Coffee-Mate Class Action Settlement! If You Purchased Certain Coffee mate® Powder Creamer Product(s) Between January 1, 2017, and December 8, 2022 you may qualify for cash!

The list located here contains the Coffee mate® brand powder coffee creamer Products that are included in the Settlement.

Individual Claims: Class Members are eligible for payments with, or without, Proof of Purchase:

Claims without Proof of Purchase:

• You can get up to $0.50 per Unit purchased, up to a maximum of $5.00 per Household

Claims with Proof of Purchase:

• You can get up to 30% price paid per Unit purchased for which a valid Proof of Purchase has been provided, up to a maximum of $40.00 per Household.

A Settlement Class Member may only make a single Claim under either (but not both), per Household.

The deadline to make a Valid Claim is 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 14, 2023. To submit a Claim Form, please click here click the linked text to request a class member id number.

*If you do not qualify for a settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.
