I filled this out for my neice & nephew, who are younger than my children, but when I tried to “submit”, it just stayed there at the page I filled out, never put a page up to say if it went thru. Did this happen to anyone else? What am I doing wrong?
Hmm..it worked fine for me. Just make sure that you’ve closed all other pages when you hit submit..sometimes on aol my forms will NOT submit if I have another window open..it’s so frustrating. If you still have an issue, you could try using another browser. Sometimes aol will not allow me to submit and I have to switch over to IE. Are you in California? If not, you are only allowed one of each sample..so if you asked for more than one, that might be why. Just a few suggestions. =)
