Target is offering a Mobile Coupon, Buy One Get One FREE Accessory Item (Sunglasses, Jewelry and Watches) up to $58.99 value when you text OFFERS to 827438 on your phone.
Right now the coupon is taking off the higher item, so If you purchase a small item like earrings on clearance for $2.33 and then purchase a Watch for less than $58.99 it will deduct the price of the Watch.

It still worked at 9:00PM. They told me they had an issue earlier where the coupon did not work at all but that they got it “fixed”. Well, I got $3 earrings and a $40 timex and only paid $3 plus tax for the earrings!!!
It can be jewelry or a pair of sunglasses. It’s just that the watches are more expensive and are a better deal but if you want jewelry or sunglasses you can do them too. The coupon is accessories up to $58.99.
My husband and I both get the coupons on our phones every time they update them, so we were able to get TWO watches that were $49.99 each for free! Still working as of 8:44pm CT. Thanks hunt4freebies!!

Just got my deal found some $3 earrings and a $20 watch for free I will be saving for a Xmas present. Gonna do it on my bfs phone too, when I see him.
Just got back from Target. Went in at 10:45pm. The store close at 11pm. Grabbed a necklace from the clearance rack for $5.98 and a watch for $39.99. Got to the register, the coupon scanned fine, the cashier called the manager. Sigh. Here we go.
The first manager was unsure so he called the second manager. The second manager refused to complete the transaction. She gave me the usual excuses –
1) It depends on each store (they like to make up their own rules at this particular store – Dallas, TX)
2) Glitch in the system, they will reduce the lowest price item, not the highest price item (which is a lie, that’s not stated in the coupon)
3) Corporate sent a memo to refuse the coupon (which is a lie, b/c corporate actually said they will honor it)
I refuse to leave. I told the manager I will show her the post from Target that said this coupon is valid. She said okay and left the register. Came back a minute later to tell me that I needed to purchase a full price item (not clearance item) with the watch in order for the coupon to valid. I agreed. Left with sunglasses $12.99, watch $39.99 (f-r-e-e), and carton of eggs for $1.39. Hooray!
Just fair warning for others out there who want to get in on it tomorrow. You might encounter some difficulties. Good Luck!
Target managers actually did get a memo not to honor the coupon as it was thought to me a system glitch. Later that same day an additional memo was sent out stating it is not a system glitch and to honor it. Corporate failed to notify stores of the coupons special exeption to the normal coupon rule which states that the value of the free item cannot exceed the value of the item purchased. Hope this clears up while some people experienced problems.
I just picked up a $35 Timex for my wife. 🙂 Thank you for the info. The coupon did work this morning, but at first it took off the lower prices item. They removed the cheap item (2.99), and then re-rang it up, and it took off the watch. I guess the order makes a difference.
I went yesterday and like everyone else a manger had to be called. The manager didn’t even show up just told them over the radio that he got an email and it was good. I bought a clearance pair of earrings for my wife $2.38 and an Timex Ironman $49.99 free. They made it VERY clear that it was a one time deal and that it would not happen again. Thank you H4F.
Bought a $3 ugly-as-sin clearance bracelet to get my mom a real nice watch ($35 retail) and when the cashier scanned my phone and looked at the screen and his eyes bugged out when he saw it took off the price of the watch and I walked out of there paying just under $4 for it and the bracelet.
How long does it take to get the coupon? I just signed up but it told me that i would not be getting a coupon for a few weeks. Am i too late to get the coupon?

I went to my target and worked like a charm. The cashier thought it was cool and he wanted to do the same
I just signed up as well and did not get any coupon. Is it a text message that sends you to the coupon via link? I am wondering for future references.
I’ve contacted Target Rep and they said the coupon is valid but if you did not get one then they are unable to give you one. I’m guessing so many people are using the coupon that Target had to remove the coupon from their list. Next weeks coupons will be available for us though. All this is according to comments and replies from Target I read from FB.
