The one in the Walgreens coupon book (the one you find in the store) can be stacked with the $5 one. It is a Walgreens coupon. Sometimes the booklet ones are labeled as manufacturer coupons, but they aren’t.

Yes, you can stack them but since my local Wags sell the Precise patch for $7.99 and I have coupons totaling $8. Need $0.01 filler but I was like, no, I’m not giving Wags any more of my hard-earned money.
