    Okay, got it to go through. Use the shipping code first as an “Offer Code” then use the $5 off code as a “coupon” code.

    I have a question… I did everything right and it said my order would be $0 but right now I checked the “my account” tab and then went to “my orders” and it says the total is $4.32!!! will I be charged?? :0

    Ok, my last comment seems to have disappeared again. I’m still getting the long error message after I put my email address in and when the second box pops up for me to fill out to receive and extra $5.00 off my purchase. Anyone else get this or am I doing something wrong??

      I am getting that long error message as well. I got it at 3am PST last night, and now it is 2pm PST and still getting the message.

      I got that too. I think it is because if you try to do it more than once, the system stores your IP address so it will give you an error because it already logged you. So what you have to do is clear your cache. If using firefox, clear everything you can and as far back as you can. This should solve it. It worked for me and I was able to get 3 more codes! 🙂

        It did it the very first time I tried but I will clear my cache and try again. I’m using Google Chrome and I also tried using IE but got the same error message. Thanks for the suggestion though.

    Even if you do not receive the coupon via e-mail as long as haven’t received e-mails regarding promos you can still get it! if you contact live help, telling them you did not get the coupon, they will apply the coupon to your account after placing your order and they will take the charge of your credit card!
