That is how you can get to it on the Playstation 3. The original definition on where to find it was extremely vague.

Also, you can get it on the PS3 by doing exactly what it says: go to the store and download it (it’s an add-on, so it’ll be under the add-on section.)
It wasn’t under the add-on section on the Playstation Store. It might be later, but it isn’t there right now, and it also is not under the “Songs” section on the Guitar Store on the game. It is currently only located in the “Packs” section when you are in the game.
