REDBOX is the crappiest movie distributor I have ever seen. You cannot use the Promo Code while making the reservation online!!! The only way to make it is directly in the kiosk locator.
Also, if you have reserved a movie and paid for it, you cannot cancel the order and irrespective of whether you get the movie or not, you’ll be charged!!!
Blockbuster is way better, where promo codes can be made online and they dont charge you unless you pickup the movie form the kiosk.
Unfortunately I found out the hard way. I thought the set up was just like Blockbuster Express and input my credit card information. Unfortuntely there isn’t a promo code area on the website and I was told through Red Box that you can only use the promo codes at the kiosks. I tried canceling the order but they told me that they will charge my credit card regardless. I will never use their system again.

Redbox is my favorite I have had really good luck using them, we use multiple credit cards to get 2 or 3 movies.
