Just when I was about to give-up, it worked. I tried 5 or 6 times with IE and did give-up, but I still had it opened with Chrome. With both, I got the map for the first few tries, then the error page, the a purple page came-up and said I won. I clicked on the link there and entered my info on the next page, using the Chrome auto-fill.

Wow…took me forever…I tried AT LEAST 4 times per link…was ready to give up, and it popped up, almost x’ed it out by mistake!! anyway, I used Google Chrome….thanks Pureology!
