I tried the direct link, but it just kept telling me to “Like” them on FB. I tried “Unliking” them, and “Liking” them, didn’t work, Took quiz twice, no Sample tab. But after the second quiz, I tried the direct link again, then I was offered two product choices. Pantene posted on FB as this is a known issue: “We’re sorry you experienced difficulties with the quiz. We are working with the tech team to correct this and we’ll keep you posted. Thank you for your patience!” So if you are having difficulties like mine, do what I did for the solution.
