I did it through the link shown above an it worked for me. After i submitted the form it said that I need to request a consultation to complete the request however on the bottom of the page it said thank you. You’re order is on the way so I assume it worked. I didn’t request a consultation so I’ll find out in two weeks if it really worked or not.
