   It never mentioned anything about a sample, but I did fill out the questionaire and marked the ‘add to mailing list’ box. Hopefully they come through!

   Yeah, I did this last year, and it doesn’t tell you it is gonna send you the samples, you just get them in a couple of weeks! Really nice size samples too, in neat little jars & bottles! (reusable, too) and their stuff is pretty good, too

   I got these last year and once you fill out the questionnaire look for an email within the next 2 days. The email will then ask you if you’d like the samples. These samples are based on the questionnaire that you took about your skin. When you get your samples it comes with a card telling you how to use your samples in your daily skin care. I loved these!!!

   you have to email them and let them know. my sister did this last year and she had to email them. they got the samples to her pretty fast like within a week.

   I did this a few days ago and already received my samples. When i completed mine it didn’t make specific mention of getting samples. t’s worth doing it. I got 8 different samples, all in cute lil containers. I’m really impressed actually!
