I think what it is is when you don’t have to pay any money at all that it will charge you shipping. I ended up being 80 cents over the twenties dollars and I got free shipping.

How do you know that they are cancelling orders? Did they say on their website or through an email?
It’s on their facebook page. People were putting in multiple orders per household which is why they’ve said one order per household and they’re ending the promotion tonight instead of on July 23.
Well it’s 3:00 and the site is still not up
They are canceling all of your orders if you broke the one per household rule. Apparently, someone broke it over 100 times…
The site is being overloaded very hard, so expect to wait quite some time for pages to load. I’m getting a average of about 30-40 seconds for one page, though I did manage to get 2 things into the cart.
I finally was able to get an order in and I got a hoodie for my son for when it gets cold.

I havent recieved an email from them yet concerning my order and now when I call the customer service number it goes strait to voicemail.
