http://www.spike.com/event/scream/28611 -On the top left you should see a harley davidson logo pop up over the “scream 2008″ logo, wait for it to load, then click where it says “peel me” which will bring up the form to get the stickers. You have to have flash installed to see it.

That is happening to other people as well.
Did you try to refresh and do it again?? If not do you have another browser that you can use (i.e Firefox)
When I was doing it I had to refresh the page a couple of times when I was testing it out.
