ok so i got one too, but they never asked for an address so where do they know to ship the hairball?
if you already signed up for an account with them,they should know your address and everything they need to get your sample to you.If you don’t already have an account,you wont get the sample.you might want to check.

I always get my stuff from shoptext. I’ve gotten pantene shampoo/conditioner samples about 3 times,a full size bottle of olay face wash,and covergirl lipstick. Do you have an account with shoptext already?maybe something is wrong with your account.If they don’t know where to send it,I’m assuming they just don’t send it.
I did the olay, covergirl and clean and clear and haven’t gotten any of them…it always asks for my home phone and they look up the address and send me the address to confirm…hmmm
