No I didn’t Ann. I hate all that bullcrap Quality Health does & like you, I can’t remember ever receiving anything from them either.
That’s WHY I commented that I “hope” it comes. Some offers are iffy.
After you click submit, click off the Quality Health site,,,I had the original window come back with a “thank you….should arrive in 8-12 weeks” so maybe…..
