Hi Jill- Do you have the latest version of Java installed on your computer? You can check at this link here Java.com – then click where it says “Do I have Java”
Let me know if that works for you. If not then t…here are a few other troubleshooting idea’s we can go through, to get it to work for you.

I had issues with the java applet on Firefox, but worked fine on Chrome.
I was able to print at least 3 times – I didn’t try a fourth yet
I got 3 thru IE:)
