offering free samples isn’t snotty.Most people have cell phones.Companies can’t always cater to every group they run into, but maybe somewhere down the line you’ll get something.allure magazine’s website has freebies everyday at noon.you don’t need a cell phone and most of the stuff is beauty products.sorry you couldn’t get this one,but maybe you’ll have better luck in the future.hope i helped :]
