Didn’t get one. I think their site crashed.
I finally got thru. I entered my name, email and street address. I went ahead and put my town and state in the form right after my street address (there wasn’t a different line to enter city, state and zip). Picked the product I wanted. Hit send. It said I had successfully registered.
It didn’t say when the sample would ship or if I even got the sample. Very confusing after spending alot of time trying to get on their site.
