I think just crowded, it worked at first for me but said I had to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, then by the time I did that it wouldn’t work any longer 🙁

Looks like the site crashed or they shut it down. Just the host’s site opens now.
I was able to submit a request but if I receive it through e-mail, I haven’t gotten it yet.
I ask because in the past you would get a code to redeem on McDonald’s website
i was able to input my info twice, then after submitting it gave the Error page/code.. do you think it still went through?

it doesn’t work – fill out the entire survey and kept getting the message “fields not filled in” duh— I filled in everything!
The state field is not allowing any input
Works in firefox, but had to try a few times.
Unable to enter State which is a required answer, but there is no drop down box option. Now they have all my contact information and I still can’t get the gift card.

i contacted them saying that the state text box was messed up so hopefully they fix it for us.if not,oh well.
:uh: The website does not even work you can’t enter your state and when you fill out the captcha it says that I have nothing on the page filled out when in reality it’s all complete it has to be an error on there side!
