Its no longer valid
IT SAYS THE PROMO CODE IS NOT VALID. I DONT KNOW, ANY IDEA?
yep didn’t work for me either…… They probably canceled the code because of the response they got.
I just go an email from them saying I wasn’t eligible for this offer so they canceled my order and gave me a Free Shipping code
I just got this from MPIX about the freebie that was posted Yeasterday.
Recently you placed an order with Mpix using a $10 off promotion. Unfortunately, you were ineligible for this promotion, so we cannot process your order. However, we recognize and appreciate your interest in Mpix and the time you took to create an account and/or to upload your image(s). To make it up to you, we’re offering free USPS shipping until January 16 (code FREEUSPSJAN12).
PLEASE NOTE
* Promo code FREEUSPSJAN12 must be entered at checkout to receive the discount and is one-time use only.

Sincerely,
Team MpixEmail i got to
From what I can understand is they did this because to many people abused this promo.
I received same email as above , I wrote them back and am waiting to hear what they have to say future business with them will depend on their answer will let you all know
i got the same cancelation email
I also placed a MPIX order yesterday on Jan 5th using their promo code TENDOLLARS and everything worked just fine when I submitted it, even got their order confirmation email back right away. Now, today on Jan 6th they sent me the same email as posted above, stating that my order and use of yesterdays promo code was “ineligible”. So my question to MPIX is; “Who exactly is, or was eligible for that special $10 off promo code?” I did not see any disclaimer posted anywhere on their web site stating elgibility qualifications, or ineligibility for use of their TENDOLLARS promo code? It would appear they made a huge marketing blunder by offering a promo code without any pre determined restrictions and now are reneging on all those “FREE” orders after the fact. Hey MPIX, shame on you for offering a promo deal which you do not intend to make good on. I’m sorry, but canceling everyone’s orders and then offering free shipping on a future order is just not acceptable! I can’t believe MPIX has the audacity to think anyone will ever consider placing another order with them now after doing this. Sorry MPIX, but the customer is ALWAYS right because once scorned we can take our business elsewhere and you lose potential future profits!
This is the email I got from them, following an enquiry I made:
Our apologies, but the code you attempted to redeem was not authorized. The code was specifically setup for a non-profit church group and was illegally hijacked and spread over the internet.
