Yes you do get charged and when you call them about it, they deny that they know anything about it. What I have learned is that you’d be better off just using their percentage-off discounts, along with their free shipping discounts. With the $10 off Merchandise Certificate though NN Customer Service suggested that I just call them to order and mention the certificate number and see if it goes through then. :run:
