All the codes they sent me say invalid was there a certain way to enter them? The email just had one long string of letters and numbers with no breaks.
Hi Nina,
I had the same thing happen, what happened to me is they sent one big long code to me. So what I did was opened the notepad in the computer and copy and pasted the code that way at it ended up bringing up the codes individually. I’m not sure why that is happening, but If we can get in touch with the company we will post an update. I hope this helps. 🙂
How many digits are in each code… mine are all invalid as well
Hi Casey, 12 digits are in each code. Did you by chance try copy and pasting that long code into the notepad. That is how I was able to get them. I hope this helps.
