Campbell’s Tomato Soup and Goldfish crackers are teaming up for the first-ever Campbell’s & Goldfish Games, a limited-edition collection that turns your favorite snack combo into playable fun.
Each game set comes with Goldfish crackers, a can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup, and a game board, all for $19.99. There are two games to choose from: Fish in a Row, where you race to line up crackers above your soup, and Soup Splashers, a stacking game where careful hands win — and spills bring laughs.

How does this qualify as a freebie?
This doesn’t qualify as a freebie as such, but it doesn’t really belong in the “hot deals” category either.
I think that anything that doesn’t belong in the “hot deals” category automatically defaults to the “freebies” or general category, which is where you found the Campbell’s Soup/Goldfish promo. Notice that the “freebies” or general category also includes sweepstakes.
I have noticed that anything that has a “Hunger Games” vibe/aspect to it, e.g. “at this time of day you need to login to this website at this exact time in order to win something” is categorized/placed in the “freebie”/general category.
That’s my take on it anyways.
