Red Bull Class Action Settlement! The Settlement Class includes all persons who made at least one purchase of Red Bull products in the United States between January 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014. You may choose to receive one of the following two benefit options: A cash reimbursement (in the form of a check) of $10.00; or Free Red Bull products (either Red Bull ® Energy Drink or Red Bull ® Sugarfree, as selected on the Claim Form) with a retail value of approximately $15.00 (the “Product Option”).
