I mailed two rebate forms in Dec and I called customer service in Jan and Feb and confirmed that they have received my rebate forms and receipts, and they always there was a delay and said I am in the queue. But I have not received the rebates. Beware of this company, no business ethics at all.
The same thing happened with me but now they are saying the store I used did not particiate but I know it did or I would not have bought them there. The first response I got was the same as you got and was told it would be a few weeks. Now they say it was rejected. Wont use agsin.
