Entry Periods: 1/5-3/31/26, 4/1-6/30/26, 7/1-9/30/26, 10/1-12/31/26, each starting on the first date at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending on the last date at 11:59:59 PM ET (each, an “Entry Period”).

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND PRIZES: There will be one (1) random drawing per Entry Period, for a total of four (4) random drawings conducted throughout the entire Promotion Period. A random drawing will be conducted on or about 4/1/26, 7/1/26, 10/1/26, and 1/2/27. Each random drawing will be conducted by an authorized agent of Sponsor from all eligible Entries received for each Entry Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each Entry Period.
