At the end of each Monthly Prize Period, on each selection date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will rank entrants from highest to lowest with respect to total members recruited per member during the applicable Monthly Prize Period in order to determine the Members who recruited the most members during the applicable period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of recruitment, entrants (number per period specified above) that accumulate the most recruits in each applicable Monthly Prize Period will win a monthly contest prize. In the event of a tie between entrants, the winner, as between the tied entrants, will be the entrant who first accrued the most recruits.
