Prizes:

Pi Score Prizes: If, and only if, the score of the Game (as defined above) reaches 3 to 14, or 14 to 3, one thousand five hundred (1,500) prizes (each a “Pi Score Prize”) will be awarded. Each Pi Score Prize consists of the following: One (1) DiGiorno pizza, awarded in the form of a coupon. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Pi Score Prize: $7.99. Total ARV for all Pi Score Prizes: $11,985. If the score of the Game never reaches 3 to 14 or 14 to 3, then the Pi Score drawing will not occur, and the Pi Score Prizes will not be awarded.

Pi Prop #1 Prize: If, and only if, the total number of turnovers in the Game is greater than 3.14 (four (4) or more), one (1) “Pi Prop #1 Prize” will be awarded. Pi Prop #1 Prize consists of the following: Two hundred sixty-seven (267) DiGiorno pizzas, awarded in the form of coupons. ARV of Pi Prop #1 Prize: $2,133. If the total number of turnovers in the Game is fewer than four (4), then Pi Prop Drawing #1 will not occur, and Pi Prop #1 Prize will not be awarded.

Pi Prop #2 Prize: If, and only if, any player in the Game is credited with exactly three hundred fourteen (314) passing yards, one (1) “Pi Prop #2 Prize” will be awarded. Pi Prop #2 Prize consists of the following: Two hundred sixty-seven (267) DiGiorno pizzas, awarded in the form of coupons. ARV of Pi Prop #2 Prize: $2,133. If no player in the Game is credited with exactly three hundred fourteen (314) passing yards, then Pi Prop Drawing #2 will not occur, and the Pi Prop #2 Prize will not be awarded.

Pi Prop #3 Prize: If, and only if, any scoring drive in the game is exactly three minutes and fourteen seconds (3:14), one (1) “Pi Prop #3 Prize” will be awarded. Pi Prop #3 Prize consists of the following: Two hundred sixtyseven (267) DiGiorno pizzas, awarded in the form of coupons. ARV of Pi Prop #3 Prize: $2,133. If no scoring drive in the Game is exactly three minutes and fourteen seconds (3:14), then Pi Prop Drawing #3 will not occur, and the Pi Prop #3 Prize will not be awarded.

Drawings/Notification of Winners: On or about February 14, 2022, Sponsor will conduct up to four (4) drawings, as described below:

Pi Score Drawing: If, and only if, the score of the Game reaches 3 to 14, or 14 to 3, Sponsor will randomly select one thousand five hundred (1,500) potential Pi Score winners from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Pi Prop #1 Drawing: If, and only if, the total number of turnovers in the Game is greater than 3.14 (four (4) or more), Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Pi Prop #1 winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Pi Prop #2 Drawing: If, and only if, any player in the Game is credited with exactly three hundred fourteen (314) passing yards, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Pi Prop #2 winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Pi Prop #3 Drawing: If, and only if, any scoring drive in the game is exactly three minutes and fourteen seconds (3:14), Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Pi Prop #3 winner from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
