HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter as outlined below.

A. Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, share a photo or describe how you s’more with hashtags #PepsiSmores #Sweepstakes (“Hashtags”) (altogether, the “Entry”) on your personal Instagram account to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. In order for an Entry to be valid, entrant must be a registered user of Instagram and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on Instagram.com/pepsi. To create a free Instagram account, follow the onscreen instructions to register at http://Instagram.com. To become a follower of @Pepsi, visit Instagram.com/pepsi and choose to follow. Entrant must follow @Pepsi on Instagram for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Your Instagram setting must be set to “unprotected” and “public” in order for your Entry to be viewable by Administrator and allow direct messages from anyone so that you may be contacted by Administrator if you are selected as a potential winner.

B. Twitter: During the Sweepstakes Period, share a photo or describe how you s’more with hashtags #PepsiSmores #Sweepstakes (“Hashtags”) (altogether, also the “Entry”) on your personal Twitter account to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. In order for an Entry to be valid, entrant must be a registered user of Twitter and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on twitter.com/pepsi. To create a free Twitter account, follow the onscreen instructions to register at http://twitter.com. To become a follower of @Pepsi, visit Twitter.com/pepsi and choose to follow. Entrant must follow @Pepsi on Twitter for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Your Twitter setting must be set to “unprotected” and “public” in order for your Entry to be viewable by Administrator and allow direct messages from anyone so that you may be contacted by Administrator if you are selected as a potential winner.

Entries will not be judged. Any content included within the Entries will not be judged or used in any way to determine a potential winner. Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account/email address. Limit one (1) entry per person/Twitter account/email address.

PRIZE DETAILS:

• Two thousand (2,000) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) can of each Pepsi® S’mores Collection flavored cola (Chocolate, Toasty Marshmallow, and Graham Cracker). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $2.50.
