PRIZES INCLUDE:
Grand Prize (1 total): One trip for two people to attend one (1) day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from April 6 – 9, 2023 at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, GA (“Augusta Golf Event”); plus one trip for two people to attend one (1) day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from May 18 – 21, 2023 at the Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY (“Rochester Golf Event”); plus one trip for two people to attend one (1) day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from June 15 – 18, 2023 at the Los Angeles Country Club in Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles Golf Event”). Each such tournament/event is referred to herein as the “Tournament” and collectively as the “Tournaments”. Each such trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence to the Tournament destination; round-trip airport transfers for two (2) people at the Tournament destination; double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights at each Tournament destination; tickets for two (2) persons to one (1) day of each Tournament (with the day selected by Sponsor); round-trip ground transportation at the Augusta Golf Event and the Los Angeles Golf Event; and a five hundred dollars ($500) pre-paid gift card for spending money. Tickets and ticket tiers and levels are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. Tournament dates are subject to change. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified or the cash equivalent described below, then the winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). All elements of each trip are subject to availability and change. All travel must be completed by June 20, 2023. Blackout periods may apply. Winner will have the option of receiving a cash equivalent of $34,995 for the prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $34,995.

First Prize (6 total): Winner and three (3) guests (“TPC Foursome”) will receive one (1) free 18-hole round of golf (cart and greens fees included) during 2023 at any PGA Tour TPC Network golf course in the United States. Second Prize (15 total): Winner and one (1) guest will each receive one (1) ticket to one (1) of the following PGA Tour/PGA Champions tournaments: AT&T Byron Nelson, Charles Schwab Challenge, Principal Charity Classic, John Deere Classic, Rocket Mortgage Classic, Wyndham Championship, BMW Championship, Dicks Sporting Goods Open, Ascension Charity Classic, SAS Championship, Houston Open, PLAYERS Tournament, WGC Dell Tech Match Play, FedEx St Jude Championship, or TOUR Championship (each a “PGA Tournament”). The PGA Tournament, tickets and ticket tiers and levels will be selected and determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. PGA Tournament dates are subject to change. Travel and accommodations are not included in the prize. Transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. ARV of each prize is $200.00.

Limit of one (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes is $40,995.
