CONTEST WINNER DETERMINATION:
After the conclusion of the Contest Period, all eligible Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria: Creativity/Originality (20%);Quality of Submission (40%); and Fit to Contest Theme (40%). The one thousand (1,000) Submissions with the highest scores will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winners (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules). In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for Quality of Submission from the judges will be deemed the potential winner.
