There is a Google Referrer Header Class Action Settlement! You are included in this Settlement as a Settlement Class Member if you used Google Search and clicked on a Search link at any time on or between October 25, 2006 and September 30, 2013.

You must submit your Claim Form online no later than Monday, July 31, 2023, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than Monday, July 31, 2023.

Use this registration form to receive a class member ID. A Class Member ID is necessary to file a claim.

NOTE: If you do not qualify for this settlement do NOT file a claim.

Remember: You are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim. If you’re unsure if you qualify, please read the FAQ section of the Settlement website to ensure you meet all standards.
