        It did that too me as well, but I went to another computer and it worked fine. Try another computer. Or maybe it has to do with Java or add ons. Hope this helped.

    it says i got 6 coupons at the end, had to print one. read the fine print, and it says they come in the mail in 6-8 weeks. yay 🙂

    It said I won 2 products but printed out a coupon for .50 off 2 products. I emailed them to ask what up? Hopefully the real prize will be mailed ? If not, wasted alot of time.

    The answers you provided are correct – and when you decide WHICH PRIZE you want to receive you have to SELECT IT otherwise it is automatically set on the .50 cent coupon.

    I got the coupon for the 2 free products and said the coupons will arrive in 6-8 weeks –

    My Mom just tried it – she got thru all 8 videos without a problem but when it came time to choose it said 8 coupons/prizes unlocked but isn’t listing them to make a choice – I’m guessing their website is probably over working – she will try again later

    It went through pretty quickly except the last question- froze on that one. After about 20 min I just claimed my prize & chose 1 free product. That went through easily.

    It’s a lot quicker if you open multiple tabs and have multiple videos going at the same time. Finished all 8 videos (while running at the same time) in roughly 4-5 minutes. If your computer can handle it, I would highly suggest it. Saves a lot of time.
    Ended up getting the coupons for two free items. I did this last time it was posted and just received my coupons a few days ago. the products work well. Looking forward to getting two more coupons!

    I have received a total of 3 Free coupons in the mail. They say they’re for “Dry Shampoo or Styling Product”. But I used one for a big thing of 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioner, that’s just like Pantene’s at Target.

      when you go onto the suave page, right click. A drop down list will come up. go to “settings” and then drag the local storage tab down to 0kb…then click ok! You should be all set then! =) I just finished and there are still lots of freebies left. You can choose from a 1 yr magazine subscription, 2 products, 1 product, a web styling consulation, or coupons.

    i got the free styling tool (someone said it was a hair dryer :])
    but i’ve already gotten 2 envelopes with coupons from them so I’m not sure if i’ll actually get it cause they have a one per household rule.but like i said,i’ve gotten it twice already so i guess we’ll see.and before anyone calls me greedy,i’m not.I’m piss poor and i have a mane of hair.If you saw my hair you’d volunteer your coupons to me lol

    i waited until 12:01am this morning to make sure all the prizes would be available. although it took 14 minutes to get through all 8 videos and i raced thru them all instead of waiting for the next thing to come up and cancelled the intro as i was familiar with the app already. i played around with it a month ago not knowing there were prizes attached. anyway i finished and got them all right and it showed all the available prizes i qualified for but it was confusing. it looked like none were available which i could not believe! but, i figured what the heck i’m picking the styling tool anyway to see what would happen. it says i got it! they were processing my info and i would receive it in 6-8 weeks! YAH! i never win anything! i get coupons for stuff and get plenty of freebie samples but this is is really cool! as you can tell it doesn’t take much to get me excited! soneone said the styling tool is a new hairdryer and boy do i need one. mine was given to me when a friend bought a new one but that was 6 years ago! anyway thanks h4b for all you do!

    The free styling tool is a hairdryer! I received mine…actually used it today haha…it is a really good hair dryer with multiple setting functions for temperature. I was so happy when I got it! I did also receive separately, from another Suave giveaway, a coupon for one free Suave Professionals product…I got the heat protection spray with that because I blow dry and straighten my hair. Hope this helps anyone wondering what the styling tool is 🙂

      There are instructions under the freebie listing at the top of this page- you have to clear your flash cookies.. I did the same thing lol 🙂

    While I appreciate your hard work to bring us great offers, I just want to put in my two cents on the Suave offer.
    I completed this a couple of months ago and received two free coupons in the mail. This is a long process. You must sit through several videos just to submit your answers and info.
    I priced these products in my local Food Lion and they only cost about $1.59 each. Not worth the trouble in my opinion. But, for those who just want the excitement of getting another freebie…go for it and good luck.

      I agree with mags free is free and it take very little work to do this. The answers are given and you can just open one screen to play the videos and you can open another screen to do the rest.

      It amazes me sometimes the amount of people that come on here to complain about so many things.. That is something that I will never wrap my head around. I’m very happy to get stuff for free, it has helped our family out a great deal.

    What a headache! Site kept freezing up on every single video and when I’d got 6 correct and was on #7, it erased my 1-6 correct answers!

      I received my coupons from the first time I did it last week and redeemed all 6 in Target. They had a problem because they tried saying that the coupon “meant” to say 1 per person per transaction. It obviously doesn’t. Anyone who can read, will see that it says 1 per purchase of item. I am buying 6 therefore, I am using 6 coupons.

      I just got thru doing it and had no problems at all. It is Mon. at 6:16 pm. It is a lot of corny stuff that you have to listen to though. Takes so long.

      I had to learn how to clear out my flash cookies in order to be able to do this again. Wasnt as hard to do as I thought it would be.

    My first time trying this, I chose 2 free products. I had the choice of the magazine subscription but the free products won out 🙂
    My computer froze on the 7th video and I had to reboot but when I loaded the page my answers to the first 6 videos were still there. I’ll definitely be doing this again next week. Thanks for the post sharing this with us!!

    Kept getting stuck on the 4th question, so I skipped that one. Even though I only get to answer 7 out of 8 questions, I still qualify for 2 free product. Yeah!!!

    One time I chose to have professional consultant. Now they’re emailing me to confirm a time for an online session over the webcam with celebrity stylist. Man I’m getting nervous!

    This can’t be done on a phobe for people wondering. Actually it doesn’t work on my laptop either. But can someone tell me what all gets erased when you clear your flash history or whatever? I’m not going to do it if I’ll lose something I need

      Maria’s right, erase only the answers so it looks like you’re new to the contest and can win another free product coupons.

      For others with problem of freezing, you might still qualify for 1 or 2 free product if you manage to get thru SOME of the 8 questions. I only answer 6 questions, not 8, simply because I want another 2 free products and nothing more.

      One time I chose Free online styling consultation , it took them more than 6 wks to contact me and made appointment. But 3 days before my appointed to go on video conferencing with them on skype, they called me and said hey there’s a change of schedule can you do it today? Man I was with 3 kids shopping far from home, I’m not rushing back home to do the consultation! Emailed them back to re-schedule, that was almost 3 weeks ago not heard from them since… Will stick with free product next time.

      I’ve had more than 10 prizes, coz they keep running this thing every monday and kept playing. The 2 free product coupon is considered 1 prize.

    I’m so pumped I got a styling tool tonight! Thanks to H4F for posting all these awesome freebies! Here are a few tips i figured out that might help everyone next week – Once you choose your answer and get it correct (you’ll see the green check mark) you can click on the next video – this saves a lot of time and keeps you from having to watch anymore of the video then you absolutely need to (the videos get rather annoying IMO!). To win the styling tool, I watched all the videos well before midnight and had the last screen open with “A or B” to chose from. At midnight I clicked on my last answer and immediately went to claim my prize. I did not see the styling tool option at first so I chose a different freebie, filled in all my info (without clicking “submit”) and clicked in and out of the “claim your prize section” several times until the styling tool appeared. All of my info stayed on the form so when the tool appeared I chose it and hit submit! I was monitoring time with a clock on the internet that was supposed to be live and accurate and it was closer to 12:01 when the tool appeared as an option. It took several weeks of missing the styling tool to figure this out (too much time on my hands lol!). Oh and if you are trying to do this in the hour before midnight, you will notice that the videos take longer to load. If this happens, click on a different video (you can watch them in any order) and go back to the one that was taking forever later! 🙂 Hopefully this info helps some people get the tool next week! 🙂

      how do you do it I cant do it because it still got my old answers since november 2010 it doesnt let me do it again and in november it didnt even gave anything. do u erase the cookies in your computer?

          I did not have to erase anything…if you originally got some answers right, you get a coupon or 2 for each. Just keep looking and it is on the contest (salon) page. You don’t get anything for wrong answers. Wish I knew that when I started! Also, I let one Free coupon expire before I realized it! Check the date now!!

        Hi i have been trying to watch all the videos since two weeks but the suave website always freezes on video 4 and it never let me finish watching it. I am frustrated by not being able to watch the 4th video because i would like a chance to win the hair dryer. Trying to refresh doesn’t help and clearing my cookies doesn’t help. Any advice? Is any one else having this problem?

      it was two huge boxes of stuff

    Hi i have been trying to watch all the videos since two weeks but the suave website always freezes on video 4 and it never let me finish watching it. I am frustrated by not being able to watch the 4th video because i would like a chance to win the hair dryer. Trying to refresh doesn’t help and clearing my cookies doesn’t help. Any advice?     try to do everything else leave #4 for the end, u do not need to do them in order
    when it will freese just quit the site and start it again, but do not clear the cookies
    it will keep all your answers and u could do #4 all alone.
    it always work for me

      Hi Maria, that is what i am doing, skipping #4 but it never let’s me watch this video without freezing. I can only get 7 watched, thus i am not able to get the dryer ever. So the site actually lets you get thru all 8 videos then and complete all 8? I don’t know how to get all the way thru video 4 since it keeps freezing!

    Hi the rules clearly state “limited to one prize per household” So even with cleaning the cookies shouldnt be able to get more than one prize. I have been trying anyways and still havent recieved more than one prize in the mail. Although i was prompted that i would get them in 6-8 weeks. Has anyone else been able to recieve more than one prize?

    Had forgot how to reset everything. Had done this one time before and scored a single freebie coupon which I just used today as part of the B1G1 Suave at Walgreens this week, two free Dry Shampoo sprays!! I have a hard time figuring out how to change it in Google Chrome and had to go onto Google literally to figure out how to erase cookies. Had to download the Adobe Flash Player again. I am not sure how I ultimately erased the answers from last visit, but apparently I did. I will for sure do this again next week. I didn’t know people were receiving it again multiple times. Thanks Hunt 4 Freebies for helping us on this, I don’t know of other sites that are quite as helpful as you when it comes to finding the best stuff and a step by step guide of how to get it if need be.     I have not had the option of free products for a year or the hair dryer given on the site ever. I saw the magazine subscription last time, but site crashed before I could ask for it. Now it says I can either get a choice of 50 cent or $1 off coupons or ONE free item coupon. That’s it. They apparently have changed stuff.     after i answered my 5th question, i had a white screen with a “!” in a gray circle in the middle of the screen and when reopening the link, it just shows the black suave screen and gets stuck there

    I do this every week, sometimes I get coupons in the mail, sometimes I don’t. When I first did this I got 17 coupons in one day LOL..not sure how that happened. I always skip the road trip or #4 video because it freezes and I get the gray screen with the exclamation point, too. You can get 2 free product coupons even if you skip the #4. I don’t think they offer the free styling tool anymore, just a magazine and I have no idea what magazine it is. With all the free magazine subscriptions I’ve signed up for the last thing in the world I need is another free magazine! Definitely use different email addresses.

    I received the styling tool a few days ago and I was expecting to get a hair dryer since that’s what everyone had been saying up to date, but to my surprise it was actually a curling wand!! =D I’m so happy because my curling tool broke last month. And it’s in my favorite color baby blue! It was like an early Christmas present! I also had received 2 free product coupons but when I went to use it I realized I had let them expire already 🙁 oh well I’m still very happy none the less.       Jen, I received a Hot Tools Blue Ice Titanium Ribbon Curling Iron! I have naturally thick curly hair & like to flat iron it sometimes, but I’ve been wanting a curling tool to try different styles so I’m glad I got it! 😀

      If you haven’t selected a prize, you can keep your answers, and wait until 12am Monday morning again for everything to reset and just keep refreshing the page until all the prizes are reset! That’s what I do, in hopes of getting the styling tool, but I guess I am not quick enough. :/ ah well! 🙂

    I have a few free product coupons, can anyone tell me if they are good on shampoo/conditioner? I really want to use them on the large sizes at walmart but am not 100% sure they work on shampoo. Has anyone on here used them to purchase shampoo?

      Tgeir shampoo is pretty good I’m using it since Igot it for free.
      also they have in the stores mens shampoo and cond. that u can get for same copouns, as long as it say “professional” on the bottle,I’m gettineg them in large bottles also.

    I have tried this more times than I can count. I can get to the 6th video n then it stops & brings up a blank page with a puzzle piece in it. And I have never gotten anything in the mail from them either & I have been tryin to get this for quite a while now. I even emailed them to let them know the prob I was having & I have never heard anything back from them. I try refreshing after this happens & it starts to load but then it only has the black page all blank. I exited from that tab n tried it again in a new tab & still the samething happens. Can anyone tell me if Im doin something wrong here

      That sounds like a flash player bug to me. Has your flash player been faulty in other applications as well?

    i have been trying for a free curling iron for weeks and weeks, guys can you give me any tips on what i shud do to get the list of prizes opened up fast. i want a styling tool so bad, been trying for so many weeks now , i tried again today and only saw the magazine subscription

      @pretty113, I usually start watching the videos around 10:45pm central time so the last video ends at or just a lil after 11pm/12pm ES. Thats how I got my styling tool. But the last couple times I haven’t seen it being offered…unless its just going super fast. Also, idk if everyone knows but you don’t have to do all of the videos to get the free products. By the 4th or 5th one (can’t remember for sure) the free products option opens up. Good Luck! 🙂

    Can anyone tell me if this is only good for one week, or does it reset each week and you have the opportunity to win again even after you’ve already won a prize? If you do play every week, do you have to just put in a new email?

    Yea I saw they refreshed the list of prizes before 12am EST, it was 11:30pm when I saw everything but the styling tool and the 2 free products. I think their servers weren’t updated with Daylight Savings Time. Maybe next week we can try again. I realllllly want the styling tool, but Jen, I think you are correct, they are all out. Ah well, I have gotten PLENTY of free product coupons. 🙂

    Yep, I checked before 12 am EST too and the prizes were the same as when 12 am hit. It is close to the end of the contest, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they are out faster than expected! 😛

      @haley I just clicked the magazine for my prize and they didn’t give me a choice. I just got a generic message saying I’ll receive my magazine from the publisher in about 6-8 weeks.

    I got my coupon that expired the very next day. I was very disapointed and contacted them about this and they never returned my email. Suave has very poor customer service
