This is a legit coupon, it came right from Hasbro’s website. It’s also a bricks coupon. You could contact Hasbro and they should be able to help you.

Either hasbro changed the coupon or some people got lucky. The target deal is for the 90 peice set, the coupon says on it “Offer valid only on item #30689: 542 peice set “
