Get a FREE Full Size CeraVe Moisturizer! To interact with the hotline, consumers can dial 844-SKINCIDENT (844-754-6243) starting at 5:00 PM ET on January 26, and choose from the following options:

‘Press 1’ to report a Skincident and share their dry-skin story. The first 1,100 will get a Free Full Size CeraVe Moisturizer. Their hours are 5-8PM eastern daily.

Live Skincident Agents are available Monday through Friday from 5:00–8:00 PM ET. Callers who report a Skincident during live agent hours and provide the requested information will receive a full-size CeraVe body moisturizer, while supplies last.

Limit one (1) Eligible Call per person for the duration of the Offer Period. Multiple calls received from any person will be void. There will be a total of 1,100 rewards awarded (each, a “Reward”), while supplies last, as follows: The first 100 Eligible Callers who connect with a live agent during the Offer Period and report a Skincident will receive a CeraVe gift package consisting of: one (1) moisturizing cream (5 oz), one (1) daily moisturizing cream (5 oz), one (1) intensive moisturizing lotion (3 oz) and one (1) intensive moisturizing cream (1.89 oz) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $50.00 each package). The next 1,000 Eligible Callers who connect with a live agent during the Offer Period and report a Skincident will receive one (1) CeraVe moisturizing cream (1.89 oz) (ERV $10.00). Eligible Callers who qualify as Reward recipients must provide the agent with their first and last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state and zip code. Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by CeraVe, which reserves the right in its discretion to substitute any Reward. Limit one (1) Reward per person and per household address for the duration of the Offer Period, regardless of Reward received. CeraVe reserves the right to not award all Rewards if there are less than 1,100 Eligible Callers received. Rewards will be shipped to the Eligible Caller’s address provided approximately ninety (90) days after the close of the Offer Period.
