I downloaded Sonic Dash on Amazon Underground, but I don’t see the contest I read about.

In order to participate in the Amazon.com and Sonic Dash promotion and sweepstakes, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States. If this is your first time playing Sonic Dash, you must complete one run (tutorial) before the sweepstakes and Amazon boxes appear in your game.

You will also need to make sure you have an active connection to the internet on your device through your cell phone provider or Wi-Fi. Please make sure that you also have the latest version of Sonic Dash as of June 23rd.

I don’t see the Amazon boxes? How long does it take them to show up?

If this is your first time playing Sonic Dash, you will need to complete one run and then you will see a notification inside the game for the sweepstakes. Upon starting your second run, you should begin to see the Amazon delivery boxes immediately. You will need to collect 2,500 Amazon delivery boxes and fill out the in-game form in order to receive your $10 Amazon.com gift card.

This experience is only available while supplies last, so customers that start to play after all Gift Cards have been distributed may not see the Amazon boxes.

This will take you to an Amazon.com mobile-friendly website where you can fill out the form for a chance to win. You will also see a special button on the main screen which you can use to access the sweepstakes. Please make sure you have an active internet connection and the latest version of Sonic Dash.

How do I enter the promotion for the $10 Amazon.com gift card?

You should automatically begin seeing Amazon delivery boxes after your first run if you have the latest version of Sonic Dash from Amazon Underground as of June 23rd. If you are among the first 15,000 customers to collect 2,500 Amazon delivery boxes, you will be asked for your name and email through an Amazon mobile-friendly form. You are only eligible to win one gift card per person.

You will only be able to do this ONCE, so make sure to fill out the form when it appears and provide an accurate email address. The form will not appear if you do not have an active internet connection.

I collected 2500 Amazon boxes, but I didn’t get my $10 Amazon.com Gift Card?

Gift Cards will be processed on July 1st and will take up to 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please check the email address you provided in-game for your Gift Card. If you did not fill out the form after you collected 2,500 boxes, you will not receive an Amazon.com Gift Card.
