CVS Digital Privacy Class Action Settlement

There is a CVS Digital Privacy Class Action Settlement! If you accessed the CVS Digital Properties in the United States prior to July 27, 2026, then you may be a Settlement Class Member and eligible for benefits. If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a cash payment then you must submit a Claim Form by November 16, 2026.

Cash Payment A – Documented Membership. To qualify for up to a Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) cash payment you must provide proof of membership in the Settlement Class with your claim submission.

Examples of reasonable documentation to show proof of membership in the Settlement Class include your browser search history, screenshots showing dates, and/or email receipts of online purchases demonstrating your access of a CVS Digital Property prior to July 27, 2026.

Cash Payment B – Alternative Cash Option. If you are unable to provide documentation to show proof of membership in the Settlement Class for Cash Payment A, you may claim a one-time cash payment of up to Five U.S. Dollars ($5.00).

If you do not qualify for this settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury.
