Upon completion of the registration information and each time the Entrant enters the Promotion, an Entrant may play the games as many times as they like, but can only unlock the Instant Win Game methods of entry (“Instant Win[s]”) four (4) times per hour. An hour starts at the top of each hour (00 minutes, 00 seconds) and ends at 59 minutes, 59 seconds of that hour.

The six (6) Instant Win methods are as follows:

• Share a digital greeting card from the Minion Cardmaker
• Scan a Minion Sticker found on a Chiquita banana
• Score 25,000 points in the Banana Shot Arcade game
• Complete all 7 levels in the Minion Matcher memory game
• Vote on all Chiquita Minions banana stickers in the Sticker Showdown
• Click the “Instant Win” button on the home page of the Website

Note that an Entrant may only play four (4) of the six (6) Game Plays each hour to receive a maximum of four (4) Instant Wins. Also, the Entrant may not play the same Game Play twice during the hour to receive a Game Play (i.e., an Entrant may share two (2) digital greeting cards during an hour but will only receive one (1) Instant Win).

For every successfully earned Instant Win, an Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit of four (4) Sweepstakes entries per hour during the Promotion Period. In the event that a household enters the Promotion using more than five (5) unique e-mail addresses, all of the Game Plays associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion) may be disqualified.

The Minion Water Bottles, Minion Towels and Minion Movie tickets are referred to as “physical Instant Prizes.” An Entrant can only win a physical Instant Prize once per week. A week is defined as seven (7)-24 hour periods from the hour during which the entrant has won the physical Instant Prize.

Grand Prize (1): The verified Grand Prize Winner has the option to receive either (a) a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests, defined below, to London, England or (b) a check in the amount of $5,000.

If the Grand Prize Winner selects the Trip, then the Grand Prize will include:
• roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport in the London area;
• five (5) days/four (4) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, quadruple occupancy) in a hotel in the London area to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• a boat ride on the Thames River,
• a personalized Minion landmark scavenger hunt along the Thames River and
• a tour of the Tower of London.
• Breakfast will be included with the hotel package.
• In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will receive £500 to cover travel expenses.
ARV of the Grand Prize Trip is $8,000. Grand Prize travel must be completed by July 31, 2016.

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotion is up to $32,809.
