HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Entry Method #1: Instagram Entry. Access to the internet, a valid personal and public Instagram account, and access to the Instagram App are required to participate via this method of entry. During the Promotion Period complete the following steps to enter the Promotion:
  • a. Step One: Log in to your personal, public Instagram account on the Instagram App and follow @chiquitabanana on Instagram.
  • b. Step Two: Locate the participating post published by @chiquitabanana on October 14, 2025 referring to this Promotion and comment on the post with the hashtag #TrickOrPeel.
  • c. Step Three: Click on the link in the @chiquitabanana Instagram bio to visit the Promotion’s entry form. Upon visiting the Promotion’s entry form, follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, and email address, correctly answer the skill-based test question and submit.

By completing the above steps (a), (b), and (c) in their entirety you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (the “Instagram Entry”).

• Entry Method #2: TikTok Entry. Access to the internet, a valid personal and public TikTok account, and access to the TikTok App are required to participate via this method of entry. During the Promotion Period complete the following steps to enter the Promotion:
  • a. Step One: Log in to your personal, public TikTok account on the TikTok App and follow @chiquitabananaofficial on TikTok.
  • b. Step Two: Locate the participating post published by @chiquitabananaofficial on October 14, 2025 referring to this Promotion and comment on the post with the hashtag #TrickOrPeel.
  • c. Step Three: Click on the link in the @chiquitabananaofficial TikTok bio to visit the Promotion’s entry form. Upon visiting the Promotion’s entry form, follow the instructions to complete the entry form, including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, and email address, correctly answer the skill-based test question and submit.

By completing the above steps (a), (b), and (c) in their entirety you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (the “TikTok Entry”).

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There are ten (10) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion. Each Prize winner (each, a “Winner”) will receive a Banana Costume (adult size). The ARV of each Prize is $33.00 USD / $46.00 CAD.
