The hold time for this company is way to long. They state a 10 minute hold time and I’m already at 35 minutes.
I also could not find an email address to let them know..

I put the phone on speaker.I made dinner and did some laundry .I did not realize it but it took 66 minutes to get through. The person that answered the call was very nice.It is always are choice to hang with it or cut it loose.I hope everyone gets one and has a great night.

This is untirely unacceptable.
they are saying its closed,, im on est too.

I got through after a 1 and a half wait only to be told that they couldn’t verify my age by the address I gave them (Im 33!!!) and that I should sign up online for the mailing and then call back. When I did that and called back they said to call back during normal business hours. frustrating!
I called at 5pm CST and I was on hold for a little over a hour. Luckily the person I talked to was nice and it went real quick with giving them my info since I had signed up on their site right before I called.
I just called back in and they apparently got the phone message issue fixed because now I’m on hold

While I can understand what you are saying, I just don’t agree with it.
I own my own business, and if I kept a client on hold for an hour, I would no longer have this client, and may just jeopodize my entire business.
You have to remember these are clients that probably do not even purchase this product anyway so what will they loose.It comes down to choices you can hang up or hold on.But please don’t cry about it .It’s Free!

Their rep told me that they had a lot of incoming calls, and apologized for the inconvenience.
Still, there should have been a way to foresee this problem and to have come up with a better solution, other than to keep you on the phone that long.

I finally got through after being on hold for 30 minutes, which wasn’t too bad, just keep in mind, you will be on hold.
I called at 10:00 am and got through on the first ring. It did not take 2 min. to answer the questions.
I got one in the mail yesterday, and I didn’t even call in!
I just signed up for their online stuff like 4 months ago for the coupons!
Can’t beat that!
