On October 23 CVS is having a 2011 Halloween Party and Customer Event! CVS is a offering a FREE Gift Pack to any child in costume on October 23, 2011 at ALL CVS/pharmacy locations, while supplies last. The gift pack includes $5 value of candy, toys, trick or treat safety items and $10 in coupons for additional Halloween products! The gift pack also includes a free 5X7 photo, supported by an in-store costume photo shoot.

According to CVS corporate, this “freebie” requires an in-store purchase. It seems that many managers are interpreting this a bit differently; some have said any kid in a costume gets the gift pack, some have said the purchase should be the 5×7 photo (?) and some have said any in-store purchase. Also, many locations have either no idea about the promotion or are doing it on a different day. Check your local CVS before making your plans!! 🙂

CVS says that you have to make a purchase for each child. There is no minimum that I know of.
