My first post is awaiting moderation because I put a link in. Hope this comes through.
When you open the carnation giveaway link, SAVE THAT LINK. Then you need to do the survey for the membership. Once that is done, without closing that window, open a new window and paste that link you saved in that new window. The form should come up already filled out with the stuff you just did in the membership area.
