My local target does not combine coupons. Consequently, this isn’t a ‘freebie’ at all. Wish the company/website would state that somewhere before someone prints out the coupons and drives over to the store.

They should stack the coupons per their policy, Target accepts one Manufacturer Coupon and one Target Coupon for the same item (unless prohibited by either coupon).
